(More customer reviews)i had purchased this product a month ago and i left a poor rating for item. something i NEVER, EVER thought would happen, happened. someone noticed! 30minutes after leaving feedback, a manager from the company called me to resolve the issue at hand!! my mouth dropped open! this is the very first time that i actually believed that someone cares! my experience may have been rocky in the beginning, but with this little phone call, the road smoothed out and i am definitly happy! this was the most wonderful way for this company to earn ALL of my computer business in the future. if they have the item i need, i will most definitly try and buy it from them. i will go as far as to say, i'd pay a little extra for something just b/c i know that they stand behind their product. Sela is the person that contacted me this morning and he said that he was the manager. WoW! i am stunned! thank you for your consideration in contacting an otherwise unhappy consumer. you have made a believer out of a non-believer!
