(More customer reviews)The ClearOne Max conference telephone has poor sound quality when compared to Polycom products. Voices are thin and hollow sounding. I purchased 2 of these units and one was full of static - defective.
The only positive about these conference telephones is that they are half the price of the Polycom. The negative is that you get what you pay for - half the quality.
When I contacted the provider, GizMosforlife, I learned that I have to pay a 15% restocking charge plus postage to return the items, including the defective unit, a costly lesson learned.
