(More customer reviews)Installing the software for this USB adapter causes Windows XP home to lock-up continuously (to the point where you have to use the power button to shut the computer down). Multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall yielded the same resutls. Also, the included software (which you must utilize), is slow and cumbersome. The US Robotics MaxG router is great, but buy a Netgear or Linksys USB adapter instead of this one and save yourself a lot of frustraton.
