(More customer reviews)I'd heard about this booster from some friends, and thought it would be just the ticket to give my home wireless network some punch. Man, was I surprised when I installed this board.
When I fired this thing up, I picked up good strong signals from 3 other sources in my neighborhood, and at speeds of 11Mbps on all of them. WOW! And my home network is blazing fast now, no more drop outs or slow downloads. This adapter does everything it claims.
Maybe the best thing about this booster, and I am no fan of Linksys, is the ease of installation. Just remember to install the drivers first, then plug in the card and the 3 itsy bitsy mini-connectors for the antenna and voo-ah-lah...you're in bidness. If there is a real negative it is the antenna cable...at 3 meters it doesnt allow you a lot of freedom about where you put the thing. 5 handcuffs
