(More customer reviews)I have had the USB wireless adapter from Iogear for 2 months now and have had no problems. My Windows XP based Dell PC recognized the adapter quickly and started working immediately. The PC with the adapter is in a room that is about 50 feet from our router (with 2 walls between)and it has had no problems receiving a very strong signal.
One note for new users. The adapter has software for wireless networks that must be used to find and control links to wireless networks. The Windows XP wireless network utility can not be used with this adapter (or at least I have not found a way to use the Windows XP utility). However, the utility supplied with the adapter works fine.
