(More customer reviews)This DSL Modem by Paradyne is a reliable trouble free unit provided by many ISPs under a rental contract.
It ships in a bridge configuration by default which is what my ISP requires, so my installation was totally plug and play.
Some ISPs such as AT&T,use a router configuration requiring the modem to be reconfigured.
There are instructions online for doing this but you need to know the parameters that your ISP requires. This would require only moderate technical knowledge.
The Modem itself is solid.
