(More customer reviews)I could not get the network connection when I used a WEB security passphrase in the connection manager that came with the product. Apparently the Belkin SW developers could not figure out how to convert the passphrase to hex equivalent like everyone else does. Once I used the right hex key, everything worked great. I had to use another application to make the right passphrase to hex key conversion. I used the connection manager that comes with the Hawking Hi-Gain(tm) USB Wireless-G Dish Adapter HWU8DD. This tool correctly converts a passphrass and stores it as hex value in the registry. Belkin Tech support told me to reinstall the drivers to resolve my connection issue, which actually was a waste of time and turned out to be the wrong solution.
