Even if you're not an advanced user it's very simple to set up, but the extra functionality is there if you need it. Before this I was using an old airport express router from '05 and it just can't even compare. The only con I have for this item is if you are setting up a WDS network (with an old airport express router at least) it can slow down others connected to the TP-LINK. I doubt many of you will be doing that anyway, so aside from that I give this router two thumbs up.
