I did need help from the manufacturer's tech support folks, though, and that is why I have written this review. The phone number in the materials that came with the router will not help you; you get a recording asking you for a PIN, which is not supplied with the router. THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL is (626) 606-3108; the friendly woman I spoke with there patiently talked me through the installation.
