I use neither of those products, but this router has worked really well with both my MacBook an my PC laptops. I use it regularly from the basement of my house as well as on my back porch, and performance has been strong and reliable. When my in-laws needed a router, I bought another one and installed it for them. That router has delivered the same reliable performance and range.
