The thing with Linksys, is that the tech support is excellent; available 24/7! If you surf the web at 2am Wednesday and need help, Linksys is there. No need to worry about being told to call back during business hours. This particular modem just kept acting up. I had a warranty, so after the third complaint about this model, they agreed to send me another router. Most of the stars that I give for this product, is for the tech support. NOT the model itself.
