(More customer reviews)After a frustrating experience with my Comcast router - problems for 2 years at least - I gave in and purchased the Call Director. And I love it. It actually works. I can still see Caller ID. It doesn't get interrupted when a fax is in progress and I pick up to answer a call; it effectively routs, in other words, and it WORKS. The design is slim and fits in a tight space. Worth what I paid; I wish I hadn't waited so long.
