(More customer reviews)I have ordered a DSL modem from this seller in the mid of August. After around a week, I got a modem from them. However, it's a defective modem which didn't work at all. I posted the defective modem back to them, and they promised me that they would send a replace modem to me. However, two months passed, I have never got the replacement modem. I have paid AT&T service for nothing. This is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! I wish I could find a place to claim this experience.
