(More customer reviews)Ideas don't keep you connected to the internet consistently! The good thing is that I purchased it on Amazon and they will take it back within the 30 day window. This product worked initially but when either your signal weakened or switched signal type (3G from 4g and back again) - it was IMPOSSIBLE to reconnect to the internet through the CBA250 automatically. You had to do a system wide restart. With 5 computers and two wireless printers, that became impractical doing that several times EVERYDAY! When I contacted Cradlepoint - via live chat, the only way you can, they offered no solution and blamed everyone else, mainly the carrier. After hours of tech support with them and my carrier, I'm returning it! I would not recommend this product or company.
