(More customer reviews)I had nothing but problems with linksys brand wireless routers, with connections dropping all the time. I own an ancient (well, in PC terms) 8 port wired router by Barricade, and have never, ever had any trouble with it. So I thought I'd search for an SMC wireless. I found this one, ordered it, and set it up in no time. And that was particularly easy, considering I'm using it as a wireless access point (with my wired SMC) for my house, with 4 wired pcs and 2-3 laptops and a printer. I have yet to have a connection drop and I've had it for over a year. Plain and simple, it just works, and works well. Oh, the linksys? I got rid of it through freecycle. I couldn't bear the thought of charging someone for that piece of you know what. I felt guilty enough giving it away. :)
