(More customer reviews)I ordered this Gateway making sure to click on the buy new button. It came in a new box but when I went to set it up it already had a user name in it and was set up for a wireless network. I restored defaults and then added my own information in. These gateways seem to work great. The old one I had lasted 3 years. The guy from quest says they only last 3 to 5 years for some reason. The wireless is awesome though. I get access in most of my house which is made of 18 inch thick adobe walls.
