(More customer reviews)First off, i am a cisco guy, i work with their products on a daily basis. Although does box here is pretty good for the monies worth. You can down load the latest SDM (GUI Management Software) and have this up and running (and pretty secured) in a matter of minutes.
For first time users, my advise...Read the manual, try out the SDM and read line for line what the SDM tells/asks you. don't go clicking on next next next as if it's a microsoft application. Take your time and follow the SDM and you will get the results that you desire.
