(More customer reviews)I researched this product on the web and didn't see anything wrong with it. Besides it's just about the only wireless USB PrintServer I could find. Come to find it's not compatible with my printer. I called support and they already knew it wasn't compatible. I asked why it wasn't listed on their website or in any other literature. They told me I should have called them first. Talk about "buyer beware". I have other Linksys products and they work great. This is just one of their bad apples.
