(More customer reviews)It took a while in the beginning to set up the phone to connect to skype but once it's up and running, the call quality is very good. I can hear the other party clearly and vice versa. So far, I have not encountered any voice delays. Overall, I would recommend this purchase. It will save you $$$ if you make a lot of international phone calls.
