(More customer reviews)I ordered the NetGear WN511B wireless Notebook card from ANTONLINE. The product arrived with the box crushed, the purple clamshell packaging seal broken, and the red plastic seal broken. I called ANTONLINE customer support and they took the information. Customer support offered to have the shipping manager email me as soon as he gets my request to initiate the return process and to schedule a meeting with the UPS manager to investigate the issue. I waited a long time for this product and wanted an overnight replacement product shipped to my home. NEXT TIME I WILL SPEND THE EXTRA $20 AND PICK IT UP AT BEST BUY INSTEAD OF ORDERING FROM AMAZON.
