(More customer reviews)Just installed a new AT&T 2701HG-B modem router, in my sons room upstairs. Bought the D-Link DWA-125, for my PC downstairs, and the signal was weak. Returned it and got the DWA-160, and also got a weak signal. Read many reviews online and decided to try the Netgear WG111v2. I did not use the drivers on the CD in the package. I downloaded the WG111v2 Version 4.0.0 from the netgear website.
Installed it, and chose Microsoft WLAN manager (Windows 7) to manager the connection, from the menu when starting it up. Complete shock, as it received a 5 bar (excellent) signal.
I just received it today, so hopefully it continues this way.
